Count Your Blessings

As you may have noticed, I have been away for a couple weeks. It seems like a few months have passed as I have been busier lately than I can remember ever being. To quickly sum it up, I had a family emergency and was fulfilling my family duty.

Over the past couple weeks I have been reminded of what is truly important in life, and it has nothing to do with any of this vanity junk that I write about. In the grand scheme of things, eye creams and moisturizers mean absolutely nothing. I can only hope that none of you take these things very seriously. I just want to urge you to count your blessings, help those in need, and above all – seek God. HE is patiently waiting for you – yes, YOU.

I won’t preach to you, but I am a Christian in the truest sense of the word. Christianity has nothing to do with religion, it is merely a personal relationship with God. Upholding man-made rules is of no interest to Him. HE has but ten rules, and they are literally written in stone. Don’t get me wrong, I break these simple rules daily like everyone else does. I am not proud of this fact, but God is very forgiving if you just let Him into your life.

If you know your Bible, then you should be seeing “end time” prophecies unfolding daily. The Bible says that the generation that sees these signs will also see the return of Christ, so I urge you to be ready. You do not want to miss this boat!
