Versace pour Homme, the New Fragrance for Men
I have just found a new favorite cologne!
The new Versace pour Homme (or “Versace for Men” for the linguistically-challenged) hasn’t been on the market for too long here in the States, but you can now purchase a bottle for yourself.
This cologne was designed as the counterpart of the female version created in 2007. Versace pour Homme represents a “strong, sensual and determined man.” The fragrance does smell incredible. Although it features Medusa’s head on the box, she seems pretty harmless. I would describe this cologne as refreshing and inviting.
Versace pour Homme contains notes of neroli, amber and sandalwood — or smells of the Mediterranean, according to Donatella, the cologne’s creator. I’ve never been east of the east coast of the US, but these so-called “Meditteranian smells” = good stuff in this fragrance.
Bottom line, Average Metro Joe loves it, and so does she!
